What we do
We specialize in the implementation and support of ERP and CRM solutions based on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. One of the key areas of our business is providing IT outsourcing in areas where we have expert knowledge. Another important direction of our work is the implementation of DevOps and DevSecOps practices for process automation and infrastructure management.

Developers
Level
We welcome developers of all levels — from beginner developers to technical architects. As your level grows, so do our expectations for your professional and communication skills. Junior developers focus on learning and contribute to project tasks under the guidance of mentors. Mid-level developers work on applied tasks under the supervision of more experienced colleagues, gaining hands-on experience and improving their productivity. A senior developer is a self-reliant professional capable of solving complex technical challenges. Lead developers are responsible for system architecture, application stability, and technical project leadership. Architects are recognized technical experts with deep domain knowledge who shape the company’s technological direction and drive innovation.
Hard skills
To assess your technical skills, we won’t ask theoretical logic questions or make you solve hypothetical problems that won’t appear in real practice. We have a clear understanding of the challenges you’ll face, and it’s those skills we’ll be testing. To evaluate your knowledge, we may ask you to refactor real code, design a table structure, explain the logic behind the code (or, even better, its business meaning), review proposed improvements, or demonstrate your knowledge of databases or other technologies.
Soft skills

It's essential to be able to express your thoughts clearly, speak eloquently, and engage in open dialogue with both colleagues within the company and the client's team. Consultants
Level
We also classify our consultants across five grades: Junior Consultant, Consultant, Senior Consultant, Lead Consultant, and Functional Architect. Whether you're just beginning your career or already have extensive experience in business consulting, we offer engaging challenges and opportunities for professional growth. Our evaluation is based on your knowledge of ERP system, understanding of business processes, degree of independence and responsibility, and familiarity with the industry specifics of the clients you work with.
Hard skills
We consider the following as key technical skills for a consultant: knowledge of ERP system functionality, understanding of business processes and industry-specific requirements, the ability to write functional specifications, conduct testing, and document business processes. Proficiency with ERP tools—including data import/export frameworks, integration mechanisms, and reporting tools. During the interview, we may ask you to write a specification, test a feature, explain a business process and its implementation in the ERP system based on specific requirements, describe integration technologies from a user’s perspective, or analyze errors. We may also discuss your project experience and the consultant’s role at different stages of implementation.
Soft skills
To succeed in a consultant role, you need to communicate clearly, present your ideas with confidence, and negotiate effectively with both colleagues and clients. We value individuals who take initiative and can work well both independently and as part of a team. It’s important that you can quickly grasp the essence of a problem, suggest practical solutions, and confidently defend your point of view when necessary. Since we operate in a consulting environment, the ideal candidate should be committed to continuous learning and professional growth, including obtaining certifications and sharing knowledge with both colleagues and clients.
